Earlier today I was wondering who came up with the nutty idea to do a French version of Nite And Day. I tweeted the question and got so many requests for the song I just had to post it here. For the record, as much as I love the original I think this is kind of corny.

I Got The Feeling

Of the less succesful New Jack Swing groups Today just might be my favorite one. Of course they never went to be the new Four Tops like Motown planned, but recorded some memorable tunes nonetheless. Him Or Me is my jam, I Got The Feeling is just as good and kind of sounds fresher to me now. The group was a Teddy Riley project from the beginning, but I Got The Feeling is produced by Dr Freeze who's also responsible for all time classics such as I Wanna Sex You Up and Poison. The beat is bangin and the Flavor Flav snippets especially are a nice touch.

So this is my new jack mix from last spring, finally available for ya'll to download. Most of the essential hits are there, mixed with personal faves that didn't quite reach that level of mainstream success. Yesterday I listened to this for the first time in a while and god damn I still love all these songs so much.
